Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Architect :
1. Bachelors Degree
2. California Architects License
3. Minimum of 8 years of Project Architect experience (along with additional 4 years having performed in the past as a Job Captain) is required.
Requirements of the Project Architect :
- Bachelor's degree
- California Architects License
- 8 years of experience as a Project Architect
- Min 4 years of experience as a Job Captain
- Technical construction detailing experience (new construction)
- BIM skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
