Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Vice President Water & Wastewater Engineering :
1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred); Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
2. Extensive background in water and wastewater engineering with a proven track record of leading largescale projects for municipalities and public agencies in the Central Texas region (City of Austin experience preferred).
Requirements of the Vice President Water & Wastewater Engineering :
- Education & Professional Credentials : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred); Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Technical & Leadership Experience : Extensive background in water and wastewater engineering with a proven track record of leading largescale projects for municipalities and public agencies in the Central Texas region (City of Austin experience preferred).
- Business Acumen : Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities negotiating contracts managing budgets and steering the financial performance of engineering services.
- Collaboration & Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams influence stakeholders and champion organizational goals.
