Summary

As an In Home Caregiver at Relevar Home Care, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate support to clients within their homes. This position is essential in helping individuals maintain their independence while receiving the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities to enhance client well-being.
• Support clients with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at home.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans.
• Document client progress and report any changes in condition.

Requirements

• Experience in home community care or similar caregiving roles is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and memory care needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
