Licensure Required:
· Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
*Must be available immediatley
Duties include:
· Assist client in all aspects of personal care to include: assisting with shower or bath, shampoo and hair care, shaving, oral care, toileting, dressing, and skin care
· Assist in maintaining a safe environment, including wheel chair and hospital bed safety, routine housecleaning
· Plan and prepare nutritious meals, grocery shopping as needed
· Assist client with ambulation with or without assistive devices
· Follow universal, fall, skin integrity, bleeding, aspiration, oxygen, diabetic. seizure precautions
· Remind and supervise client taking medications
· Encourage client to become as independent as possible
· Promote clients mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest
· Maintain confidentiality per agency policy and HIPPA
· Present a positive, highly motivated and enthusiastic image about self and agency
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
