What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent Development/Client Service Specialist position at Relevate Real Estate?
Start your career at Relevate as a Client Specialist with a planned transition to Sales. As a CSM, you are paid hourly. Once the transition to Sales Agent happens, you will become a 1099. This transition time is typically 1-2 years and varies by person.
A Client Specialist (CSM) at Relevate is a licensed Real Estate Agent that partners with our Sales Agents to service their clients from beginning to end. This team dynamic fosters a smooth and rewarding transaction for the clients as well as the agent on the other side. A Sales Agent (SA) at Relevate works by referral, building their business on client relationships. This role teaches a new agent how to do real estate transactions first and foremost. This person will also learn how to build their business working by referral, ultimately transitioning to a SA.
Responsibilities
- Assisting buyer clients with all of their real estate-related needs. To include; coordinating searches, scheduling and doing showings, researching properties, identifying potential issues, drafting repair requests, and clear communication with all parties involved
- Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
- Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
- Intimate understanding of all necessary NCREC forms
- Effective use of MLS as required to service both buyers and sellers
- Unsurpassed quality of customer service with each and every client transaction
- Professional, effective, and timely communication skills with clients and sales agents
- Strong collaboration skills are necessary
- Adherence to procedural checklists provided for each transaction type
- Supremely accurate accounting of your time during the workday
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to training procedures
Qualifications
- Must live in Raleigh/Durham or surrounding area
- Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
- High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
- Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
- Motivated to become a business owner, growing their real estate business, while learning how to do transactions successfully
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
