What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Representative position at Relf EyeCare Specialists?
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact that welcomes Relf EyeCare Specialists' patients to our clinic. The focus of the Patient Service Representative is patient registration, scheduling, phone triage and a portion of our medical records functionality.
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) will check in and check out patients for their visits, gather the necessary demographic and insurance information, schedule appointments and procedures, as well as triage patient phone calls and communicate with our technicians and physicians regarding patient needs. The Patient Service Representative is also responsible for a component of our medical records function. The PSR will be responsible for receiving outside medical records and loading them into our EMR as well as sending out medical records upon request with proper documentation and patient authorization.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $45,760.00 per year
