Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with RELI National Security and Safety Sector (NSSS) leadership team to build a 3 – 5-year opportunity pipeline that is in align with strategy goals
- Owns multiple agency accounts focused on growing business, building customer relationships, developing opportunity pipeline, positioning RELI to win, understands customer pain points, needs and direction
- Works with RELI teams to develop innovative solutions providing thought leadership in providing solutions to customer pain points
- Attends government and industry events with the focus on new business and relationship building (customer and partner)
- Collects and evaluates business intelligence and evaluates customer analysis and the competitor analysis
- Leads multiple strategic capture/proposal efforts through RELI’s capture/proposal lifecycle
- Responsible for preparing and presenting opportunities at Gate Review Board as required by RELI capture lifecycle
- Lead and direct various business functions (i.e. Proposal, Pricing) through the capture process
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual that can work independently and deliver revenue results
- Educational Background: A background in business, marketing or other related field
- Experience: 8 years plus experience working in sales, business development or similar role. Department of Homeland Security (focused on DHS, TSA, CPB) experience required
- Revenue Growth: Ability to demonstrate revenue growth over the last three years
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement new strategies to win new business
- Problem Solving: Ability to think outside of the box when problem solving; is analytical and fact-based during process
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with executives and other senior leadership
- Time Management: Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and be able to delegate tasks to other team members
- Must be located in the DMV area to be considered

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $225,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
