R&P is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team supporting new construction of the Navy's newest Frigate (FFG62) onsite in Marinette, WI. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Shipyard Configuration Change Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities
- Compare emergent changes on Lead Ship to build specs on follow-on ships.
- Maintain accurate tracking and maintenance of change data for ships under construction.
- Assist in the timely incorporation of design changes into the new construction schedule.
- Track ship deficiency items through to resolution.
- Maintain data relating to deferred new construction work (PSA, K-Alts etc.)
- Bachelors Degrree or High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Navy New Construction Processes and Procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Active DoD Secret clearance
