Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at one of our client facilities in Wadena, MN. As a CNA, you will provide quality care to our guests in a nourishing environment.

Your responsibilities will include providing individualized attention to each guest, encouraging their ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will carry out assignments required for daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

You will also attend to individual needs of all guests, including incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other needs. We expect you to perform various tasks assigned by the floor nurse, including checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens.

To be successful in this role, you must be knowledgeable of individual care plans and support the care planning process by providing supervisors with specific information and observations of the guest's needs, preferences, and report any behavioral changes.

Requirements:

• Willing to pick up shifts at our facilities located in Minnesota
• Love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile
• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Minnesota
• Experienced in long-term care
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
