We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality care to our guests in a nourishing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized attention to each guest
- Encouraging their ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
Responsibilities include providing daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. You will also attend to individual needs of all guests, including incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other needs.
Requirements:
- Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Minnesota
- Experienced in long-term care
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
