Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality care to Guests in a nourishing setting
- Offer individualized attention to promote each Guest's physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out assignments related to Guests' activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Attend to individual needs, such as incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other requirements
- Perform tasks assigned by the floor nurse, including checking vital signs, weighing Guests, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens
- Stay knowledgeable about individual care plans and support the care planning process by providing supervisors with specific information and observations
Requirements:
- Willlingness to pick up shifts at facilities located in Minnesota
- Love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile
- Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in long-term care
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Commitment to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
