Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to residents in a long-term care setting. Duties and Responsibilities

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized attention to each resident's needs.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Carrying out assignments required for the resident's ADLs, such as incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other needs.
• Maintaining skin integrity by changing incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin and other areas.
• Performing various tasks assigned by the floor nurse, including checking vital signs, weighing residents, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Certified or registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care, with a minimum of 1 year preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and with care towards residents, families, and other staff members.
