Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding residents
- Monitor vital signs, track medication administration, and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting all interactions and interventions
- Collaborate with the wound care nurse as needed and participate in care planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care towards residents, families, and other staff
