Position Overview
The Implementations Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring that background screening solutions are successfully implemented according to client specifications. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions, troubleshoot issues, and provide top-notch customer service during the implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities
· Client Onboarding: Lead the setup and implementation process for new clients, ensuring that all systems, workflows, and processes are aligned with client needs.
· Technical Integration: Collaborate with internal technical teams to configure background screening solutions, ensuring the integration of client systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HR platforms) with our software tools.
· Customer Support: Provide proactive and responsive communication to clients during the implementation phase, addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction with the process.
· Project Management: Assist in managing multiple client projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables, and ensuring that all necessary steps are completed for successful implementation.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all implementation steps, including configuration details, client preferences, and troubleshooting efforts.
· Training: Assist in training clients and end-users on how to navigate and utilize the background screening platform effectively.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure all configurations and integrations are thoroughly tested and validated before going live, minimizing errors and disruptions.
· Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the implementation process, client experience, and product offerings based on client input and project learnings.
Requirements
· Experience: 1-2 years of experience in client implementation, technical support, or a related role. Experience in background screening or HR technology is a plus.
· Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
· Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
· Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or project management software.
· Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of background screening processes and legal compliance is an advantage.
· Organization: Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.
· Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
· Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement.
