Responsibilities
As our Logistics/Customs Coordinator, you will receive and process sales orders from automotive manufacturers, marketing firms, and other clients. You will field client calls and emails, providing quotes, load statuses, and responding to general inquiries.
You will also act as a liaison between Reliable Carriers and clients, assisting in customs entries and Canadian shipments. This includes processing customs paperwork and working with brokers.
- Data entry into our custom operating system or electronic data integration (EDI)
- Capturing new orders and revisions, checking submitted orders for potential errors
- Communicating with clients regularly and providing inside sales support
