- Process paperwork for titling and registration of new and used vehicles.
- Ensure all transactions are completed accurately with correct fees and taxes.
- Prepare title discrepancies for resolution, including any transfers and lien releases.
- Assist in the completion of paperwork for various transactions to maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Verify accuracy of vehicle information and documentation in customer files.
- Assist customers with inquiries and requests.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of state and federal title and registration laws.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
