Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance Tech
- Perform daily vehicle inspections for damage, low tires, inside cleanliness
- Auto Maintenance fleet vehicles
- Oil Change, wiper replacements
- Air in tires
- Battery replacements
- Interior/exterior detailing
- Drywall repair and painting
- Carpentry skills
- Repair broken vacuums, replace parts, unclog, rewire and clean
- Periodic replacement of furnace and water filters
- Maintain grounds cut grass, trim bushes, pick up leaves, parking lot debris, and maintain fence
- Snow removal, clearing of sidewalks, and entry doors using snowblower and shovel
- Clean warehouse areas, including trash, recycle, sweep, run floor scrubber, clean sinks and restock consumables
Skills:
- Experience performing light maintenance repairs to include automotive, mechanical, carpentry, drywall repair, and light electrical/plumbing
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work Part-time 15-20 hours a week
Position is extremely flexible. Shift schedule and days can be negotiated to fit your life! Pay scale $20 - $25 per hour 15-20 hours per week.
Position earns PTO.
