Your Role at Cricket Wireless – Wireless Sales Associate

Basically, just sell.

• You sell wireless phones, services and accessories to interested buyers, and you close deals in person, over the phone and via the internet.
• You train with top sales leaders and learn our products and service offerings.
• You follow up after each sale, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases and service.
• You open and close the store down following our regular procedures, and you align with company safety and operations policies.
• You achieve sales targets by committing to excellent attendance, customer happiness, and suggesting helpful up-sells, accessories, and package promotions.
• We ask you to assist your team by keeping up store appearances, participating in meetings and marketing events, and being available to work weekends and holidays at various locations as needed.

Qualifications

We can teach you consultative sales techniques, but you should come equipped with a pleasant attitude and dedication to making positive, memorable customer experiences. You’re adept at nurturing customer relationships, and when coupled with your savvy social skills and upbeat personality, you’re an unstoppable wireless selling guru with tons of potential. You’re a charismatic closer who is hungry for more success, you know how to use a computer, have a GED or high school diploma, and you can pass a background check with ease. 1 year of customer service, 1 year of sales experience is required.

Expected hours: 30 per week
