- Establish comprehensive job costing policies to accurately track project expenses and labor costs.
- Implement procedures for regular analysis of project financials, ensuring variances are identified and addressed promptly.
- Foster collaborative relationships with CPA firms for external financial audits and compliance.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through meticulous record-keeping and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with international accounting teams to ensure consistent financial reporting and adherence to company policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with banking institutions to support financial operations and strategic growth initiatives alongside COO.
