We are a sister company of Sunshine State Plumbing which has provided plumbing services in the Jacksonville area for 15 years. We are a family owned and operated business. Job Overview

A Multifamily Construction Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for residential buildings with multiple units, such as apartment complexes or condominiums.

Responsibilities
  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure all phases of construction are completed on time.
  • Creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
  • Leading and coordinating the efforts of architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Ensuring that construction work meets all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Overseeing daily operations on the construction site, including supervising workers and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience as a Project Manager preferably in a Multifamily Construction (HVAC)
  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Leading and motivating teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Keeping projects within budget and managing financial resources.
  • Quickly addressing and resolving issues that arise during construction.
  • Understanding construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust plans as needed
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, Excel, and Service Titan a MUST!
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
