2,000 Sign on bonus. Half paid after 90 days of employment and the other half paid after 6 months of employment

Reliable Electric is a reputable, well-established electrical contractor (80 years in business) and is currently seeking a lead service journeyman electrician to join our growing residential department.

We are looking for candidates that have 7 years residential experience, along with 2 years as a lead in a van.
Will consider commercial service experience as well.
Ideal candidates will be based out of the Dayton, OH area.
Responsibilities :
- Complete service upgrades, remodeling projects, lighting retrofits, pool / hot wiring, stand-by home generators, and other residential electrical projects.
- Follow blueprints, construction documents, and specifications to determine location of wiring or equipment.
- Train / Mentor apprentices / helper.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective wiring and equipment using various instruments.
- Wire panels and devices using various tools.
- Assist in the layout of electrical wiring or fixtures.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures and advise leadership on hazards.
- Part of on call rotation.
Qualifications :
Preferred Skills / Training
Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. Reliable transportation and hand / power tools are a must along with a valid drivers license.
