Duties
- Conduct in-home consultations to provide personalized recommendations and demonstrate product benefits.
- Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring effective territory management and account management.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- The travel area consists of New Haven County, eastern zip codes of Fairfield County & southern Middlesex County.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail fence sales or direct construction related sales environments is preferred.
- Background in account management or territory sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and market trends effectively.
Experience working from a Lap Top and familiarity with CRM based software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
- Seeking Retired, Semi Retired or full time experienced sales professional looking to earn unlimited, additional commission compensation.
