Description
Summary: Provide Sales Support for house accounts, assist the New Business Development and Marketing Manager, and VP of Sales in meeting company objectives in servicing all customer’s needs. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and potential customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and are not all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned as required by management.
- Field incoming calls from new potential customers and house accounts
- Determine if potential customer meets criteria to be assigned to a salesperson
- Determine pricing if not assigned to a salesperson, prepare quote for portable service and sales
- Complete customer maintenance paperwork for new customers and send to appropriate department for scheduling
- Follow up on existing open orders
- Prepare estimate for portable services for all customers requiring budget numbers for services to be performed in the next year. Print survey, review servicing and testing to be done, calculate pricing. Prepare quote if house account, review with current salesperson if key account, or send to scheduling department as requested
- Review pricing and part numbers for in field quotes from technicians, prepare formal quote, follow up on open quotes
- Maintain technician lead program, track leads, follow up with salespeople, update reports and process paperwork to payroll for payment
- Update survey information on existing customers
- Follow up on lost business, no response or no contact on current customers
- Update quote lead information on all outstanding quotes.
- Assist salespeople as required
- Assist sales department is preparation of lunch and learns, seminars, customer appreciation events
- Assist management team as required
- Perform sales initiatives as assigned by VP of Sales

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
