ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
INSPECTIONS

Call/email customers to schedule inspections and put notes in system pertaining to inspection.

Scheduling, scheduling sub-labor for all repair quotes sold by sales staff.

Goal is $1,500 per day per systems technician.

Goal for the portable techs is 150 per day per technician.

Goal for the kitchen techs is 4-5 Hood Inspections per day depending on costs.

Add new customers for inspections.

Create Opportunities for sales leads.
-
Penny quotes to set up demand service inspections or annual portable inspections.
-
COD Calcs with the spreadsheet provided.
-
Email Reminders.
-
Compliance Engine Uploading for inspection and deficiencies.
DEMAND SERVICE
-
First point of contact for service calls.

Gather needed information to create a service call including a photo of the troubled panel.

Provide credit applications to new customers/quote C.O.D. rates for service calls.

Create service order.
-
Assign the correct technician.
-
Place on Resource Console and Dispatch to the tech.
-
Order any needed parts and get pulled from the parts shelf.
MISCELLANEOUS
-
Provide inside support to service manager.
-
Updating customer information as needed in the system.

Coordinating work with subcontractors as needed.

Creating P.O.’s requests as needed.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Education or Equivalent. Typing, basic computer knowledge.
Salary : $18 - $20
