Responsibilities
- Execute renovation projects including residential and commercial properties.
- Perform masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete repairs.
- Utilize welding techniques for structural repairs or enhancements.
- Install cabinets and other fixtures with precision and care.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Repair and install drywall, ensuring smooth finishes ready for painting.
- Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces.
- Lay tiles with accuracy, following design plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide renovation efforts.
- Restore historical features while maintaining their original integrity when applicable.
Skills
