RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize floor care techniques to ensure all types of flooring are properly cleaned and maintained
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with clients and team members
- Apply sanitation practices to crate a clean and healthy living environment for residents
- Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to efficiently manage housekeeping tasks
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Prior work experience in the field of cleaning preferred, but not required
- Positive, encouraging attitude towards yourself and others
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Punctual
- Ability to work independently and especially as a part of a unified team
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with others
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and life up to 25 pounds independently
- Fluent in English
- Must have your own, reliable transportation
- Must have a smartphone
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
