Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) ~Licensed RN
We are searching for an energetic, devoted, caring nurse to join our Management Team at The Cottages at Rockmart. This position requires an RN with flexibility, commitment and self initiative. - Participation in Quality Assurance Programing
- Supervise and Evaluate the Performance of Nursing Staff
- Complete A/I with Investigation and Interventions
- Ensure Schedules for Routine Weekly Lab Complete
- Make Weekly Rounds with Medical Director
- Some varying hours due to Call Rotation for Staffing
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Applicant must be professional and demonstrate comprehensive nursing skills as well as show the character of compassion for resident care. Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities required. Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards preferred. Prior supervisory or management experience a must. Satisfactory completion of background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
