Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure the client follows their medication schedule accurately.
• Meal Preparation & Light Housekeeping: Prepare simple, nutritious meals, keep the client’s environment tidy, and help with laundry or dishwashing.
• Mobility Support: Safely assist the client with walking or transferring, using assistive devices if necessary.
• Companionship: Offer friendly conversation, engage in hobbies or activities, and provide emotional support throughout your shift.
• Safety & Monitoring: Remain attentive to the client’s well-being and communicate any changes in condition to the care coordinator.
