What We Offer:
- P4P Program (Pay for Performance): Earn a percentage of your weekly production that can replace your hourly paycheck if it exceeds your base pay. For example, if you work 40 hours at a $20 per hour rate, your base paycheck would be $800 before taxes. However, if you produce $10,000 in that same week and your P4P percentage is 10%, you would receive $1,000 for that week instead of your base pay, resulting in a $200 increase over your hourly pay. The P4P percentage is determined by factors such as experience, skill, services provided, and time of year, with the potential to reach up to 15%! If your base pay exceeds the P4P earnings in any given week, your paycheck will reflect your regular hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf care products in compliance with Virginia regulations and industry standards.
- Inspect and diagnose turf health issues, including pests, diseases, and environmental stressors.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including spreaders, sprayers, and vehicles.
- Communicate with clients to clarify services and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of applications and adhere to all safety protocols.
What We are Looking for:
- Virginia Pesticide Technician Registration (Required unless you plan to test for the General Pesticide certification within 3 months)
- Experience in lawn care, turf management, or pest control. (Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions or hillslopes. (We do not service dangerous hills)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to do simple math equations.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday through Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required during peak seasons).
