- Deliver, setup and retrieve Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in patient homes or healthcare facilities with care and precision.
- Provide clear and compassionate instructions on how to safely and effectively use the equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment in top working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service, and patient interactions.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
