In this role, you'll not only transport and set up durable medical equipment in homes and healthcare facilities, but also play a vital part in ensuring that patients and caregivers feel confident using it. Essential Functions
- Deliver, setup and retrieve Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in patient homes or healthcare facilities with care and precision.
- Provide clear and compassionate instructions on how to safely and effectively use the equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment in top working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service, and patient interactions.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age (to drive/operate a company vehicle).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
