About the Job:
This travel nursing job is a 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility located in Canby, Minnesota. As a Skilled Nursing Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the care of patients on a daily basis, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing guidance and support to our LPN/LVN staff.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive high-quality, person-centered care. This includes conducting regular assessments, monitoring patient progress, and making adjustments to care plans as needed.
