Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas are presentable for customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and sales calculations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Support vehicle maintenance and automotive repair inquiries, providing knowledgeable assistance when necessary.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math is beneficial.
- A background in vehicle maintenance or automotive repair is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Able to lift 70 pounds or more.
