About The Position
The Business Analyst Intern reports into Reliable Parts Engineered Solutions team. The position supports various network strategies to grow market share and achieve margin goals. Duties include leveraging routine client data to target areas of opportunity, building rapport with customers and internal sale team, and track implemented strategies intended to improve sales performance to achieve the financial targets.
Task And Duties
- Primary responsibility will be supporting tailored pricing programs set by the Sales and Engineered Solutions teams that are intended to improve margin and market share within the B2B customer base.
- Maintain routine system maintenance to ensure ongoing operations within Engineered Solutions and Pricing Systems.
- Help in the creation and measurement of marketing campaigns through various media channels including phone, email, and text.
- Develop an understanding of the pricing levels while leveraging CRM data to identify improvements, optimize processes, measure performance, and enable continuous feedback.
- Create customer business review material for Tier 1 clients > $500,000 in revenue to identify opportunities. Understand service level satisfaction and discover growth potential.
- This position requires a highly motivated and collaborative individual who has a knack for solving problems, highly analytical, and passion for customer service excellence.
- Engage in excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage projects at various stages.
- Comfortable working with senior level associates.
- 1 Year of experience or equivalent college education.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
