Reliable Power Systems is currently hiring generator preventative maintenance technicians for our awesome and growing generator maintenance and repair division. This is a great opportunity!
Reliable Power Systems is a full-service, family-owned electrical and gas contracting company specializing in the installation of automatic standby generators. We offer turn-key generator installations which include installing LP tanks and NG systems. We also have a full maintenance and repair department, that is looking for some new skilled members to help maintain and repair our customers generators.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform Preventative Maintenance, including oil changes, on our customers automatic standby generators
- Diagnose/Troubleshoot generators that have issues or are not working properly
- Explain to customer if their generator has an issue and how you would be able to fix it
- Provide repair options to the customer
- Rotate after hours emergency call schedule with our technician team (once every 6 weeks)
Requirements:
- Must have a full set of personal hand tools
- Applicants must be clean-cut, neat, and professional
- Well-spoken and polite
- Knowledge of NEC Code a plus
- Own Hand Tools
- Clean Driver’s License (license will be run prior to interview)
- Experience with Residential Customers a PLUS
- Generator knowledge is a PLUS (generator training is available)
- Generator training or certification a HUGE PLUS.
- Auto mechanic or auto knowledge a PLUS
