What You’ll Do as a Permit Coordinator:
As a Permit Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by managing the permitting process for our generator installations. Your attention to detail and ability to navigate regulatory requirements will help us deliver top-tier service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local municipalities.
- Maintain detailed records of permit statuses and ensure timely approvals.
- Communicate with customers, project managers, and inspectors to facilitate permitting requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on local codes, regulations, and permit changes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Proactively identify and resolve permitting issues to avoid delays.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in permitting, construction administration, or a related field.
✔ Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of South Florida permitting processes is a plus!
