**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional abilitty to multitask. This position requires proficiency in computerized systems, excellent administrative abilities, and being fluent in both English and Spanish.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist other team members as needed
- Handle proofreading tasks for documents and correspondence
- Manage phone systems effectively
**Qualifications:**
- No previous experience or education needed as long as requirements are met
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
