Controller. Basically, you’ll be the financial backbone of our client, ensuring that every dollar is accounted for and that our financial operations run like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Do:
Master of the Numbers
- Own the financial reporting process—accuracy is key!
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
Strategic Partner in Growth
- Drive financial planning and forecasting to help us scale.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights for better decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and risk assessment.
Process Wizard
- Implement and refine financial controls and policies.
- Lead audits, both internal and external.
- Find ways to streamline and optimize our accounting processes.

- Collaborate across departments to ensure financial alignment.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team.
- Foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
What You Need:
We’ve got to have some standards, right?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of accounting/financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP—whatever gets the job done).
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and adaptable.
