We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive full time Administrative Assistant to assist with clerical and financial tasks for our company. The primary responsibilities will be answering a multi-line phone system, entering information into our scheduling system, and assisting with intermediate accounting duties using QuickBooks. Responsibilities
Answering multi-line phone system
Update and manage financial records in QuickBooks.
Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card transactions.
Support accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Track and categorize expenses, revenue, and other financial data.
Assist in generating financial reports for management review.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of financial documents.
Provide general administrative support as needed (e.g., scheduling, filing, correspondence).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in accounting is a plus.
Proven experience of at least 3 years working with QuickBooks for accounting and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial statements.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
Availability during the hours of 8 : 00a-5 : 00p Monday-Friday
