Job Summary
As an Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and surveying residential and commercial properties for insurance companies.
Duties
- Conduct inspections on residential dwellings and commercial properties ranging from rental properties to convenience stores, apartment complexes, etc.
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports
- Identify defects or issues and recommend appropriate recommendations
- Perform insurance verifications and underwriting assessments as needed
- Apply risk analysis techniques to evaluate potential hazards or liabilities
Experience
- Prior experience in insurance surveys is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
