The ideal candidate will have extensive digital marketing experience, be proficient with digital analytics and marketing technologies, and have a knowledge of branding.
This role strategizes goals and implements processes and campaigns. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving the growth of the business, with a focus on evaluating current marketing channels, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and implementing processes and measurements to ensure that the company is maximizing marketing spend to meet its revenue growth and profitability objectives.
Essential Job Functions
- Work with leadership team to help launch in new markets and improve marketing for new regional operations that are purchased by Reliable Residential
- Drive brand awareness through development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan.
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans
- Develop and manage an annual marketing budget, including profit-and-loss projections and expenditures
- Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns covering SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Organic Social, Display, Email, CTV, Linear TV, Print, and OOH.
- Report on and understand key performance metrics across all marketing channels
- Identify marketing optimization and revenue opportunities
- Create and drive promotional, content, and creative calendars
- Utilize and improve upon tracking tools for campaign results, marketing research, revenue forecasts, competitor analyses, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Create test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
- Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new services
- Work closely with other company departments to optimize connection between marketing and operations, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Company from time to time in its sole discretion.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising or statistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) with superior experience in Excel.
- Experienced in PowerBI.
- Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Comfort with content management systems like Wordpress.
- Experience with Service Titan a plus.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certification a plus.
- Experience in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaign(s).
- Knowledge and proficiency in Google AdWords٫ SEO٫ and web analytics.
- Proficient knowledge of computer software and usage.
- Successful track record in senior marketing hands-on role.
- Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing with local and/or franchise specific marketing a plus.
- “Hands on keyboard” experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google, Bing, Meta, and TradeDesk.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with content and technical SEO and in particular, local SEO.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
