Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruiting team. At Reliable Robotics this role is an essential part of the hiring process. You will own posting open positions to job boards, scheduling interviews across teams, coordinating candidate travel, and smoothing over any speed bumps in the hiring process.

Responsibilities 

Support a team of recruiters by communicating with candidates to schedule interviews. Ensure positive candidate experience by managing the candidate pipeline and working with the owners of each stage (candidates, hiring leads, interviewing teams). Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring leads to improve our recruiting process and efficiency. Consistently maintain comprehensive interview and hiring records.

• 2 years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Recruiter or other related job field
• Must have experience supporting full life cycle recruiting
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides)

• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
• Experience using Lever applicant tracking system
• High-growth startup experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA.

Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time. 

The estimated salary range for this position is $64,000 to $84,000/annual salary cash and stock option awards benefits.
