Seeking energetic, dedicated agents to join our team in our Van Nuys office. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Canvasser. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and promoting our products or services through door-to-door canvassing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities : Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing Promote our products or services and answer any questions potential customers may have Collect customer information and provide it to the sales team Meet daily and weekly quotas for customer engagement and lead generation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Attend regular team meetings and training sessions Requirements : Mandatory appointment and canvassing experience Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred Must generate 2 appointments a day Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical Demands : Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Ability to carry and transport marketing materials and equipment Ability to navigate stairs and uneven terrain Salary and Benefits : We are offering $22.00 per hour plus 1% of the gross sales and a benefits package, including health insurance and opportunities for advancement within the company.
