The Role
- WARM LEADS – attend pre-scheduled appointments
- Discover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions
- Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
- Rapid career growth plans through our esteemed Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs
- Ongoing mentorship from our Sales Leaders – tools to be successful in more than just your current role
- Earn up to 10% of your total sales in commission. Earn up to 20% commission of all self generated sales
- Average first-year earnings of up to $70k-90k

- Additional Requirements –
- Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel within designated sales territory
- Working cell phone with data

- In home sales experience is preferred
- Technical measuring skills a plus, but not required. Must be able to climb and measure roofs
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills with a passion for selling

- A professional image, high level of integrity
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
- You’ll be treated as an independent contractor within the company. Make yourself available during appointment times other than that feel free to work from home to do Follow Up ‘s or work on your own time. You’ll be provided a sales manager and all meetings and trainings will be via zoom.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
