Employment Type: 6-Months Contract to hire
Position Description:
This role presents an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver successful field-based projects within a fast-paced environment.
Must Have Skills:
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective stakeholder interaction, team collaboration, and clear project reporting.
Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Strong Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and effective time management are essential for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Leading multiple projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and performance goals.
Project Planning & Execution: Developing project plans, timelines, and milestones. Tracking progress against plans and identifying/resolving issues.
Budget & Resource Management: Planning and monitoring project budgets, identifying and allocating resources effectively.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks.
Team Leadership & Development: Guiding and coaching project team members, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Communication & Reporting: Communicating project status to stakeholders, documenting project learnings, and maintaining project records.
Educational Qualifications:
- Required - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
- Preferred - Master s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
- Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
