Job Duties :
Lead a crew in general landscape maintenance for both residential and commercial properties
Supervise and direct the team on various landscaping projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Perform and oversee tasks such as :
Mulching, leaf clearing, grass cutting, and hedge trimming
Applying fertilizer and pruning plants
Operating and maintaining all necessary seasonal landscaping equipment
Ensure smooth workflow and time management, delegating tasks to team members
Translate and communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish
Monitor team attendance and performance
Provide guidance and support to improve team efficiency and morale
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements :
Experience in landscape maintenance and crew leadership
Ability to supervise and direct a team effectively
Experience in performing landscaping tasks such as mulching, leaf clearing, grass cutting, and hedge trimming
Knowledge of fertilizer application and plant pruning techniques
Experience operating and maintaining seasonal landscaping equipment
Strong time management and task delegation skills
Fluency in both English and Spanish for effective communication
Ability to monitor team attendance and performance
Leadership skills to provide guidance, support, and improve team efficiency
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Job Details :
Monday - Friday
Possibility for weekend hours
Start time : 7am (end time varies based on the project)
