What’s the Job About?

As a Data Center Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring materials are in place, servers are assembled correctly, and everything is moving seamlessly. You’ll work with tools, tech, and a whole lot of action to keep the data center running at full speed. Whether it’s moving materials, assembling servers, or keeping things safe and clean, your work will be integral to our success.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

Material Handling Like a Pro:

• Load and unload freight with precision — accuracy is key.
• Perform quality checks to make sure every part, from cables to servers, is in pristine condition.
• Track and manage inventory, ensuring we have everything we need when we need it.

Server Assembly & Installation:

• Be the hands-on tech expert who accurately places server racks on the data center floor.
• Assemble server hardware and install cabling, following schematics to perfection.
• Use a variety of tools to make sure everything is up and running smoothly — from power tools to hand tools and laser measuring devices.

Equipment Operation:

• Operate high-tech material handling equipment, from electric pallet jacks to forklift.
• Move materials and components quickly and safely to keep our data center running at full speed.

Maintenance & Safety First:

• Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized.
• Push, pull, and lift throughout the day while maintaining safety protocols — your safety is always our priority!

Customer Service & Teamwork:

• Build strong relationships with customers and other teams — communication is key.
• Work hand-in-hand with other departments to make sure everything stays on track and we’re hitting our goals.

Shift Schedule (We’ve Got Flexibility!):

• Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm — Starting at $21.00/hr
• Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm — Starting at $23.00/hr
• Monday - Thursday, 8:00pm - 6:30am — Starting at $23.50/hr
• Thursday - Sunday, 7:00am - 4:30pm — Starting at $23.00/hr
• Thursday - Sunday, 6:00pm - 4:30am — Starting at $23.50/hr
