Lawn & Landscape Crew Lead

Job Duties :

  • Operate a company vehicle with a trailer attached and transport equipment safely.
  • Use and maintain commercial landscaping equipment such as ZTR mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Oversee crew activities, shop organization, and equipment functionality.
  • Interpret customer maps and ensure all job site requirements are met accurately.
  • Enforce safety standards and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure projects meet company and customer expectations.

Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to tow a trailer.
  • Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment, including ZTR mowers and trimmers.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and direct a crew.
  • Ability to read and interpret site maps and job instructions accurately.
  • Knowledge of landscaping safety protocols and basic equipment maintenance.
  • Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7 : 00 am - 2 : 30 or 3 : 00 pm
  • Saturday work during Spring season.
  • 18.00 per hour
