Seafood Packer/Order Puller

Job Duties :

• Picks and packs frozen and dry goods as per customer orders.
• Packs fish selecting and weighing it according to customer specifications.
• Selects the best fish / products available to match the customers’ requirements and specifications.
• Grades fish / products according to customers’ requirements and specifications.
• Checks the customer’s order and quality requirements, focusing on color, smell and other flaws.
• Tracks daily inventory of available fish / products to inform Sales Representatives.
• Cuts and / or select high quality fish, vegetable and dry products in the Fresh or Tuna processing, dry goods or frozen goods areas and ensures their proper distribution on the loading dock.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
