This is a temp-hire opportunity.
Pay Rate: $17/hr, $17.50 when hired on

General Duties
- Metal sorting at pick belt.
- Ground clean up/shoveling.
- Operate skid steer.
- Operate shredder from control room.
- Trouble shoot for jams/issues.
- Drive truck (License not needed)
- Provide yard inspection coverage.
Shift: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, but can be 7am-5pm at times. Work 1 Saturday per month on a designated Saturday after about 1 month of working here. Get 1 day off during the week of the Saturday schedule.
Shredder position: Metal sorting at the picking belt, ground clean up, shoveling, watching for jams or other issues, driving dump truck (license not needed), potentially operating skid steer & shredder from the control tower. Required to lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.
Potential to earn an end of the month copper incentive!!!

Qualifications
- 1 year of labor based work experience
- High school diploma preferred, but not required
