About the Role:
We are looking for a Field Service Technician I to deliver exceptional customer service, perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, installations, and calibrations/verifications of equipment at customer locations. Our clients include municipal facilities (drinking and wastewater treatment) and industrial sites (power plants and food/beverage plants).
Location:
Southern California
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, and instrument calibrations/verifications per our standard procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by being the primary point of contact for technical and service-related issues on-site
- Submit timely and accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and analysis
- Adhere to safe work practices and company policies
- Execute administrative tasks to support service visits
- Travel 50-75% within a 2-hour radius of Grand Terrace, CA , with occasional out of town stays for service
Requirements for Joining Our Team:
- Must be able to work a weekly schedule post-training consisting of 5 shifts per week with 8-10 hour days, tailored to workload demands
-Must provide your own vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed) & cell phone

What We’re Looking For:
- Basic mechanical skills are essential; experience in preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair is advantageous but not mandatory
- A minimum of 1 year of field service experience or customer-facing roles is preferred
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required
